Exhibitor Information for Trade Show

The 2027 WSFMA Farmers Market Conference Trade Show will be on the first day, Friday, February 26, 2027. Being an Exhibitor is a great way to directly meet the farmers market community. Demonstrate your products and share your services to 175-200 farmers market managers, vendors, volunteers, board members, partners, and professional service providers. Come to learn, network, and recharge for the season!

Wenatchee Convention Center

The Trade Show will be in the Fountain Gallery at the Wenatchee Convention Center in Wenatchee, WA. It is a lovely light space located near workshop and general session rooms. Attendees will pass through the Trade Show area throughout the day. Wenatchee Convention Center is in the heart of downtown Wenatchee with easy access to downtown restaurants, Pybus Market, and the Apple Capital Loop Trail.

ℹ️ Logistics

  • Trade Show is from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm in the newly renovated Fountain Gallery at the Wenatchee Convention Center.
  • Cost is $310 per Exhibitor and includes a 6′ table, linens, chairs, and a warm invitation to Friday evening’s Dessert Reception & Silent Auction. 
  • Set up is available Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.
  • Please submit an application by January 31. Space is limited. 

🛏️ Lodging

There are WSFMA room blocks at the Coast and Hilton Hotels, both within walking distance of the Wenatchee Convention Center. There is a covered bridge linking the Coast Hotel and the Convention Center. The WSFMA Conference’s room rate is available through February 5 (or until sold out). For state employees, the “Government Rate” for lodging is available at the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel.
