🎫 Registration

Registration for the 2027 WSFMA Conference opens on October 15. Early bird rates end on January 31 and registration will close on February 15.

Registration includes full access to 3 general sessions, 15 workshops, the Trade Show, Dessert Reception & Silent Auction, and all networking. Friday lunch is included and Friday dinner is on your own with lots of great options within walking distance downtown.

A separate registration is required for the pre-conference CPR & First Aid training on Thurs, February 25. Space is limited. 

🛏️ Lodging

There are WSFMA room blocks at the Coast and Hilton Hotels, both within walking distance of the Wenatchee Convention Center. There is a covered bridge linking the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel and the Wenatchee Convention Center.

The WSFMA Conference’s room rate of $139 per night (plus tax) is available through February 5 (or until sold out).
