Aug. 15, 2019: Tacoma Farmers Market’s “Grit City Gala”

Tacoma Farmers Market annual fundraising event – “Grit City Gala” – is an amazing farm to feast dinner presented on a 160’ long farm table running down the length of Broadway. Last year’s event was a stunning 8 course meal that featured the best of our local harvest, our local farms, and our local chefs. The event provides critical funding to support and strengthen local farms, incubate small businesses, and ensure all Tacoma residents have access to fresh, healthy food grown just a few miles or a few hours from their homes.
